I was surprised with how helpful and professional the staff was especially tyrone!! ive never met a mechanic that does payment plans and it was so helpful for me, i also like that they include pictures in all of their findings, they had me back on the road within a day!! thanks guys!

Faith automotive helped me so much when my explorer had no power steering. I had taken it to the dealership hoping it would be covered under a recall. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. They gave me a price of nearly $5,000. I couldn’t believe it. I called around and talked with Faith Automotive and so I had it towed to their shop. They handled all of that. Called me the next business day and said that their price would be half the price of the dealership. I told them to go ahead with the repairs. Had it fixed quickly. The best decision I made. I’ll be using Faith Automotive for all my repair needs from now on. Friendly, helpful people.

Not to mention their professionalism and communication through the entire process of determining the problem.
